The Launch of the National Screen Academy

VFXG was thrilled to be invited to celebrate the launch of the National Academy of Screen Arts at Massey University. This Academy marks a new chapter in empowering the next generation of creative leaders—storytellers, game designers, and world builders—right here in Aotearoa.

The National Academy’s state-of-the-art facilities are designed to support a wide range of education and commercial activities, from virtual production to live-streamed concerts, sound recording, motion capture and creative industries R&D. It will also serve as an industry hub, at the intersection of student, faculty, and industry collaboration, fostering creativity and tech development.

VFXG is grateful to have our Te Whanganui a Tara office in the new industry hub as part of Massey's support for the VFX and Animation industry!
