A strong advocate for the screen industry, Bree Loverich has been recruited as the Executive Director of the Visual Effects Professionals Guild (VFXG).

With export experience in screen and international education; screen facility development as well as extensive marketing and business development in her wheelhouse, Bree brings with her a wide-ranging network of partners from production, post-production, game development, government, screen organisations and the education sector.

Leveraging Bree’s work in establishing Screen CanterburyNZ, is something that Lance Lones, Chair of the VFXG, believes will benefit the guild and industry.

“Bree has been a powerhouse in uplifting the screen sector in the Waitaha Canterbury region via the development of the Screen CanterburyNZ from the ground up, including the establishment of NZ’s first regional incentive and a range of other successful screen initiatives.
