 As part of their Turning up the Volume initiatives, they have been working in partnership with Bev to provide a set of resources for guild members, on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in our working practices. Bev will share these and her insights into Aotearoa, New Zealand’s current landscape.

 New Zealand’s population is now in a period of rapid change with significant implications for our economy and our workplaces. Auckland is now one of the most diverse cities in the world, and other New Zealand cities are also experiencing increasing diversity.

The fundamental challenge for all organisations is to reflect this diversity and for the people they work with to demonstrate these inclusive practices so they can harness the benefits of a diverse team and truly reflect the communities they serve.
